I know it has been a bit since I posted. Lets see my computer got fixed, I received my watercolors & also ink for my printer. So, did I get to take pics of my girls or reference shots- no. We somehow managed to misplace the power cable/cord to the printer and I had to email Epson to see how we could buy one from them. Hopefully soon I will get ( Read more... )

That is true since I am happy that I have been able to keep up with it pretty well since Saturday & still feel like I can keep going with it. You made me feel better about drinking coffee ^_^.

i have a friend who has a thyroid disease, she had it for many years without finding a decent "cure".
now she started a WONDERFUL diet that doesn't make her ill and she eat basically anything...except zucchini, potatoes and something else i can't remember.
she even lost lots of weight without even noticing.

i'm not 100% sure but she has what's called: hyperthyroidism

I have Hashimoto's disease which caused me to have hypothyroidism (opposite of your friend). I hope my diet changes will help too :).

i also hope your new diet will work and will make u feel better! :)
i know how hard it is to stick to a diet but getting results health-wise will be the best reward!
