I wouldn't want to give all my secrets away (it's taken me a looong time and a lot of experimenting to get the coloring to where I want it!), but I can give you a bit of an idea!
The key - brown multiply layers, and paper-y textures on multiply. The best ones are aged/tan/brownish - they add so much warmth and depth to colored manga. I like ones by colorfilter, tove_91 & unmasked_icons (devArt).
