All that said, when we took Mao Tse Cat in for what turned out to be his final visit, they checked things based on very incidental comments that we'd made (He had a puking issue from gulping his food and hairballs, then actually got in his mouth to make sure all his issues weren't related to him swallowing a string or the like.) I am forever grateful to his vets for that.
