The mutinous pirate played by Lee Ross, who was cut by Toby when he revealed that Hugh Bonneville was a pirate and not a Navy captain. When the other mutinous pirate escaped the room, he had to stay behind with Toby, Rory and Amy because he now had the Black Spot. After the 2nd pirate got killed, and the Doctor and Hugh Bonneville returned to the room with Amy, Rory and Toby in it, Lee Ross Pirate had gone. Later on, he reappeared in the sickbay scenes. So I can only assume he was somehow zapped by the Siren but that scene was edited out. Leaving me shouting at the screen 'WHERE"S LEE ROSS GONE?' for much of the episode.
