no its like a mouth piece with teeth inprint and you have to bite into it. I got to wear it for like 48 hours =x then 4 hours a day and sleep time.

i think that's what i had except i never wore it in the day. i liked it a lot except it gets retched if you don't wash it with a brush. gratz on getting the braces off, now your densei can no longer see you as a child =D
