I admit - there are certainly aspects of my body I wish to change (I'd love better muscle tone in my core for example) but it has nothing to do with NUMBERS. I don't know what I weigh - I can make an educated guess, but so long as my clothes fit me the way I want, I'm happy. If they stop fitting me, I lay off the unhealthier food for a couple weeks. Is it a "diet" per se? Not really. I just try to drink more water and be conscious of what I am eating as opposed to how much.
I'd love to exercise more, but right now, that's not really feasible simply because 1). I hate it. 2). no gym membership (I require air conditioning when I exercise. none of this running the roads crap for me!) 3). I'm busy. I don't want to get up at 6am to exercise. And ultimately...if I don't want to do it, it's not going to happen.
