So, I think i'm dropping my math class. Its hella hard, cause its the advanced accelerated smart kids math, and though I think i'm decent at math, i definately don't belong there. I feel like i'm a failure, but in all actuality i don't need the class, i'm not going to be a math major and I came into the school with enough math credit from ap's.

Don't freak out because half of the freshman class (and probably half of all the other classes too) feel this way! I'm transferring out of Medill because I hate journalism, and now I feel lost just like you do. I'm thinking about transferring to LOC (Learning and Organizational Change) in SESP next year...it's for business consulting type of work (well, and other types too, but a lot of people go into consulting)...anyhow, yeah, you should not feel stressed about it, you still have lots of time...and if you're interested you can come to the LOC info session with me next week if you want. K time for sexy breakfast.

girl, i dont know what you would do for the rest of your life, but i know you will be good at it. i could see you doing lobbying, or working for campaigns. you would be such a good pr person and you have the tote bags to hold all the stuff. you are going to do fine, and maybe the reason you aren't too excited about the classes right now is because its crap class time, freshman year. i know how you feel though. we are all questioning things right now. and soon enough, we can kick back and relax. call me sometime soon when youre not busy ok? i love you....
