Today at work i listened to the radio (Triple J and The world at noon on ABC 702), looked at flowers, insects, reptiles and birds, meditated, walked around a shopping centre, talked to some old woman, watched various people stroll around (including one man who sat down on a board walk for about 20 minutes), tried to fix a smashed "No cycling" sign
