* Hearts!
* My only serious Sam ship is with Dean; I like him and Jess, and him and Madison, and, really, Sam Winchester/girls is hot, but I don't particularly ship it in the sense of wanting to write it or read about it.
* Also Dean! I also like them non-romantically.
* Half the time I feel like liking him is unpopular, but that really depends on where you go to discuss him. I really wanted Robo!Sam gone ASAP though, and could only appreciate him being amusing once I knew when real Sam was coming back.
* He'd get his powers back and Dean would acknowledge they could be used for good.

* I like Anne a lot! She's adorable. I think she suffers somewhat in modern culture because she can come off as Sue-ish (I've seen people say this, and I understand why, but it doesn't bother me), but I still think the books are fun and charming. And sometimes a little bit helped by being slightly abridged (shh, don't tell).
* Gilbert Blythe, Phillipa Gordon, Wesley Crusher (long story)
* ...I have so many long stories here. OKAY pretty much I used to play Anne in an LJ RP so I have WEIRD ASSOCIATIONS and her platonic BFF was this guy named Cal from a book series called Wraeththu (hopefully spelled right) and it kind of made sense at the time. SO YES. THAT.
* I guess the Sue thing, maybe? I mean, I don't really like it as a criticism, but she does have some of the qualities, sometimes not handled that well. Also I never bothered to read past Anne of the Island because I didn't care what happened once she got together with Gilbert. I should do that sometime!

The only times the Sue thing really leapt out at me (although I've seen other people talk about it for more things, which I can see when they mention it but never bothered me on their own) is the way that everyone is generally won over by her charms, which if you don't find her charming is going to scream Sue. Now, I do, in general, so it doesn't bother me, but it did strike me on my last readthrough.

Roy was that dude she went out with in Anne of the Island, before she realized she was in love with Gilbert. He was fairly dull, but was the ideal she thought she always wanted. Pretty clearly just a relationship block, but my brother and I violently hated him when we were kids.

* I like Angela a lot! She is awesome and fun. I feel like she's one of the Bones characters who is holding up better in this season, and I still enjoy her a lot.
* Hodgins! That hot UPS girl from season one. Mmm. She and Wendell were cute too!

* ...I don't know anything about popular/unpopular opinions on Bones :| idk!
* I kind of wish her storyline hadn't gotten quite so heteronormative. It bothers me a lot less than it could, but I still sometimes have sadness about it.
