I knew it was coming, but still... heartbreaking...

I didn't think it would be that brutal though. Nor was I sure that he'd remember everything.

But now what he remembers and what he lived at the mansion will probably confront...

Still 7 chapters to go, so there's time for a happy end.

Oh hell no!

The angst is going to kill me. The chpt started off so lovely with the beautiful morning after scene and Charles and Erik so in love and happy and then bam! Mystique shows up to throw a huge wrench in everything.

Gah! This fic is going to kill me. Now that Erik has his memories back, I hope he realizes how much he's hurt Charles and how much he does indeed love him - and once the anger wears off, he comes back to him.

This story is amazing. I can't wait until Tuesday to read more of your fantastic fic.

I'm so glad you liked the way his memories came back--I was very happy with how this chapter turned out, so it's lovely to hear that other people liked it.
