Honduran cuisine has a lot in common with both Mexican and Caribbean. On the coast they make a coconut milk based soup with conch and blue crab or fried fish, neither of which would fly around here. By the by, next week is Italy! I think I'm going to make risotto, because I never have. On the other hand I should probably do something that requires less than half a brain, since we fly to Japan the next day. O.o
