i'm entering day 6 of my insomnia, i've given up hope of actually falling asleep, and i'm just going to stay awake until i can just fall asleep from exhaustion...

i use to just wake up in 3 hour increments, but it's shifted into falling asleep at 7 or 8 in the morning, and now i just have had it...
