So, I got rear ended today on the way home from college. On that road in front of the tank plant, where it goes downhill just before the stop sign. I was at least smart enough to recognize the impending collision, and turn my wheel to the side, as to avoid the car infront of me(I don't need two accidents in one day). So, I get out of my car and
