can you tell it's school holidays?

what do you do when it's hot outside, you're too sick to really do anything, and don't have any thing to do?

I'm sick and at Dad's place, so there is none of my own stuff to pick up and do (other than read or watch TV, which I don't really want to do)

well the main problem with watching tv/dvds is that there aren't any good ones to watch and the whole being sick thing means it's too much effort to get up and go to the video store (assuming they'd even let me join). same thing with reading - brought a couple of books i have to read for school, so not particularly interested in reading them.

i contemplating knitting, but my dad's house has neither needles nor wool :(
