i would say thank you and feel flattered, even if they were creepy. i would feel creepy probably, but it wouldnt cancel out that i was flattered. than i would run away! hhe

definitely depends on the setting and how creepily they said it. if it was in the middle of a busy mall and he thay said it just matter-o-factly, i would feel flattered. if it were in a dark parking lot at night or something then i'd probably stab them with my car keys and run.
