I followed it fine, but I just had a couple suggestions on the format...

-I got a tad confused a couple of times about which line of instructions went with which pictures...maybe separate with some space between the steps.

-Maybe explain what each step is doing. Like, with adding the blue layer on exclusion say, "this replaces the dark areas in the picture with this blue color and gives the whole thing a blue cast." (or whatever it does...I'm just learning those myself.)

-centered text is hard to read sometimes.

Other than those nitpicks, the tutorial is good. I needed work on my blend layers.

lol yeah i would explain what it does but im not exactly sure although this icon was made about two weeks ago i usually just play around until it looks alright for me.

sorry about the centered text i do all my tuts that way so i just copy and paste but theres no "center" code in there so i wouldn't know how to fix it :/

Your tables are kind of messed up. Your post appears out of order when I view it. Nice tutorial, though. :)
