I haven't been very active on LJ lately - reading or writing. I plan to catch up soon and hopefully this week. I hope everyone I like to hear from is well and happy and I will try and catch everyone up in the next few days

Thanks hon! I need to catch up with your LJ! I've been wondering how you are doing...last I read you were leaving your job? Is everything okay?

hey sweetie! i'm doing well! i'm working freelance now and i'm getting so much work that i've worked non-stop for the past 4 weeks! now i'm wondering if i should even get another fulltime job or just keep doing this. :) freelance pay is so much better than fulltime pay!

the downside is, i don't know if the workflow will be regular...

That is wonderful! Wow, I'm so happy for you. I remember how you felt at that other job...well maybe not the job but the people who worked there...

Maybe just keep freelancing but sign up with head hunters anyway....that way if an absolute dream of a job comes along you can grab it, if not you can keep free lancing.. You might be able to do both - or even get a job that is more tele-commuting or something.

I guess the trick to free lancing is to put money aside for the lean time... budget. Thats a hard concept for me but it does work...
