We put Lucy to sleep tonight. It's been a long day. I woke up early this morning and fed her her pills. I spoon fed her some dog food, but she could barely swallow any of it. I carried her downstairs to take her out once before leaving for my Grandma's 90th birthday/family reunion and two times after I got home. Ryan came over and watched the Bears

Hey Matt, I'm really sorry to hear this news. By putting her to sleep you were saving her from a lot of pain so you could try to take some comfort in that fact. I wish there was something else I could say to make you feel any better!
I hope the next couple of days/weeks go smoothly for you...
