the computers at the library have this totally old school version on Word that had been calling me out on using a passive voice and the first person in what looks like an essay to the computer. it also insists on putting two spaces after each period but doesn't automatically uppercase the first letter of sentences

dude. i seriously hate it when people put two spaces before each sentence. it's the bane each and every day of my life. why why why is that space needed? and who decided to bring it back now? anyway, sorry for the rant. I MISS EWE!
