They went with an internal candidate for the position. The HR lady still loves me though and is going to put me somewhere in the company if I want it. Living in New York is awesome for many reasons, one of which is that you recognize a lot of places from television and film. You also pick up how a lot of films and tv shows manipulate New York to fit their story. I'm here! I moved to Astoria a week ago and it's been quite an experience. I was a little nervous about the apartment since I was moving into it sight unseen, but man did we luck out. The Republican machine has been promoting Gov. Palin's story today, as it should do. She is a virtual unknown outside of Alaska. In telling this story they discuss Gov.
