There's so many heh. Uhh, definitely try trolley stop too. They have good food. And, there's this place called Mother's I think. I've never been there, but I hear it's the best po boy in town. I beg to differ however because there's this place in the Irish Channel called Parasol's that has awesome po boys. Anyway, there's a few of my favorites.

no, the mother in law lounge is off claiborne. This place is off Poydras. Honestly I like me some dives, but even I wouldn't step foot in that place. :)
