I have grown tired of being Fat McLargehuge

As such, I will begin...EXERCISING.

If I beg for death, tell me to man the hell up and get on with it.

On tonight's agenda: 20 minutes of lifting weights followed by a 20-30 minute run.

Hoowah, good for you! Make sure you take one day out of the week to rest, it's better for you than exercising in a high degree every single day.

Go talk to runegrey. He's doing some workout prescribed to him for similar purposes, and it's thus far done well for him.

You'll feel a lot better about yourself the more in shape you get.

Though you may dismiss my suggestion, I would say you might want to pair Quitting Smoking with the exercising.

Already done. Been done, barring the occasional booze-fueled cheating, since March.

Good for you! My exercise motto is 'something is always better than nothing'. In other words, if you can't find 50 minutes in a day to do your usual routine, or just don't feel like you have the energy to do a full workout, squeeze something into the 20 minutes you do have free. It's kept me going pretty reliably.
