Things I Am Working On (As Of This Moment)
Since I've started writing again, I've decided to update my things I am working on list, and then throw out what I'm officially abandoning from my last 'working on' list.
WORKS IN PROGRESS
Leverage:
FIC OF DOOM: basically starts right after the Big Bang job and chronicles how they get together, their postseason relationship and is really a set of interlocking stories, including one last showdown with Chaos, 'let's go steal a Nana', Eliot's sister, the wedding job, Olivia Sterling conning her way onto the team, the retirement job, up until of course they are old and I kill them off. PROGRESS: 15 of 19 planned stories written CURRENT WORD COUNT: 34000

OH MAN ummmmmm. Leverage OT3, Eliot's got a cold but insists he does *not* have a cold because he never gets sick, etc.
* theshmaylor Okay so, I've always thought that Leverage needs more fake married/fake dating fic, since everybody on the team has already been fake married to each other for various cons. And that led me to thinking about post-series Parker on the phone with Sophie talking about how she and Eliot are married. And Parker means married for a *con* but Sophie assumes she means in real life. And I haven't decided if Sophie would be like "duh, of course you and Hardison have married Eliot”, or if she would be confused and trying to figure out when Parker and Hardison stopped being a thing. And honestly this is a terrible prompt because I don’t know where I’m going from here or how that actually ends up being a fake married plot, but uh that’s what I’ve got. Maybe Sophie reacts the first way and then Parker feels compelled for them to pretend to be married to Eliot when she visits in order to Not Let Sophie Down, and then from there feels. A lot of OT3 fic is Eliot POV, which is totally my jam, but Parker POV fake married where she tries to distinguish between what things she’s feeling that are fake and what are real and how does she actually want to articulate those feelings? That would be amazing. This is not a prompt, this is brain word-salad, I am so sorry. I hope this helps?

Adam/Dcook. I actually have two fics for this pairing. One is a prequel to my Kris/Dcook bartending fic, the other is this post HS AU in which Adam and David were in HS together, and then don't see each other for years, and Adam's turned into this rock sex god and David has (mostly) fixed his terrible hair and they totally don't fit except they do.

Scotty McCreery is a robot. I really really want to finish this, b/c I had this AWESOME ending planned except I don't remember what it was, and yeah
cracked fairly tale (Kradam, Cookwood, Archuheta, Rymon)Um this one is super convoluted, which is why it's on this portion of the list. Ryan and Simon are narrators, Carrie/Kris/Archie are family as are Alli/Adam/Dcook. DCook is sort of like Robin Hood, except he's actually now fending off zombies at the edge of the Forbidden Forest (idek) and it's way too cracky for me to be writing right now.
Kris is working at a college radio station and Adam walks by all the time with his friends: things happen. I'm pretty sure Kris totally flirts with Adam by playing certain songs as he and his friends walk by, and obviously Cale and Matt and everyone works at the radio station. That's all I have.
Kris plans secretly awesome wedding under Adam's nose.
super secret fic. Mostly because I didn't have an ending and I just couldn't get the tone right
Dublin Cook and Zorro Allen: the secret diaries of American Idol dogs, for inbetweencabs as much as I want to write this, I'm not sure that I have the comedic timing for it.
Sliding Doors-esque fic in which Cook is going to tell Carrie how he feels about her: three to four endings,

Molly/Lestrade. Yeah. (mostly Molly is a BAMF and everyone realizes it)
John figures out Sherlock is not only alive, but also his roommate
