[ Xion's always had this thing for dreaming. Although, back home, it was memories... memories and meanings she couldn't understand. Dreams of the ocean and the sound of waves, dreams of a boy in red

[Jennifer, being the light, fitful sleeper she is, is awoken almost instantly by the song; though the sound of Xion's voice is certainly a much nicer way of waking up than she was once accustomed to.
Such a lovely melody. It made her think of home, of the sweet, crackling music Mr. Hoffman would play for them over the phonograph-
...Wait, what? Jennifer frowns at the faded glimpse of what was almost a memory. No. That wasn't right. Clearly she was mistaken.
All the same, her usual reluctance around the fairer sex prevents her from answering Xion's question outright. So after some time of biting her lip nervously and nearly closing the book in agitation, she bucks up hums back, her voice soft and almost melancholy.]
[ ... well, she certainly didn't expect to get a reply in song. Xion considers this for a moment, in silence, then hums a few more bars of the song she'd been singing before. ]
...Ariel had a nice voice. [Of course, Roxas has only heard that from Sora's memories.] I don't know what songs she used to sing, but they seemed pretty okay.

... Roxas? [ why are you awake. she's gonna go ahead and get up, padding quietly over to his room, though she doesn't open the door yet. quietly: ] Can I come in?
Yeah, the door's open. [And when she does open the door, she'll probably find Roxas sitting on his bed surrounded by...well, what else? Books. Lots of books.]
[ of course. she's never quite sure what to think of his research. after all, she does similar things -- she's got many books of her own in her room, ranging from medical texts to fairy tales, but Roxas ... Roxas gets obsessed, and it's always worried her.
she sighs to see all of them there, and moves over to his bed. ]
Depends. Do you consider a song music by itself, or music with words? If it's the latter, I don't have one. [He sounds a bit amused. Xion, your voice is kind of entertaining to him a bit.]
If I had to pick just one? [If Xion listens hard enough, she might pick up a few strains of a piano being tinkered with. Typical of Draco, not to give verbal answers. And eventually, it's going to start morphing into Mozart's Piano Sonata No. 16. Not that Xion is guaranteed to know that, but he's busy playing it anyway, though maybe a bit slower than it should be played. He's a bit out of practice, after all.]
[He was awake of course; Ramirez tends to have a hard time sleeping, especially in places like this, so late-night distractions tend to be welcome. But all the same, he's going to skim over that question because his exposure to music is sorely lacking and that's just awkward for him to have to explain. :(]
Rhapsody in Blue? I've never heard it... though I guess that's not surprising. Everyone's going to know music from their own worlds... I wish I could hear it, though.

I should be asking you that.
[Though he can guess, considering way she sounded before that pretty song of hers.]
