... maybe. [ that rather depends on who you're talking to. when you're dead, like her, going home ... isn't so good. but for Naoki, well ... it probably was better. ] But that doesn't mean it isn't sad, when it happens.

I only knew him for a couple weeks, but he's a really nice guy.

[Sokka is just kind of wandering along, aimlessly, since life is kind of uh... boring when you're not allowed to do stuff. So he's crossing it when Xion is. He doesn't really notice that she's upset or anything. He should probably say hi, but maybe he should try to cross without her noticing. But he probably shouldn't. It's not like she'll give him a hard time (and maybe she's already seen him like this at school). These thoughts go through his mind as he crosses and, ultimately, trips over his own feet because of a puddle from a previous rain. Oops.]

He's not entirely sure about Luke's whereabouts, but he doesn't have that convenient fonic link for nothing. As he's passing by, he notices Xion there, but opts to remain silent. He doesn't know her or like her enough to call out, and she looks pretty lost in thought, so. Better to leave well enough alone.]
