DOES ANYONE READ THIS?!?I Love the 90s- 97 was on last night. This was the one I was looking forward to. For some reason, I loved absolutely everything about that year. The Spice Girls. I idolized them, I played Spice Girls with my friends, I watched Spiceworld a thousand times a day (rough estimate), and I knew (and still know) every word to every ( Read more... )

The Spice Girls rocked my world. They still do.
As you saw, I have a relatively large Beanie Baby collection. Bones was my first.
I, too, had a Tamogatchi. Those things were effing awesome.
Ally McBeal was such a sexy show.
My first South Park was the one where Mr. Hanky was going to dry up.
I saw Titanic because I was interested in it (and Leo) and then proceeded to buy just about every book on the ship.
The Chumbawumba CD was indeed terrifying.
Zac Hanson was my lover.
And I loooooved Ironic.

Thanks!
I'm relieved to know I wasn't the only one who didn't go just for the sex scene. Haha.

OMFG!!! Dude, at like, 11 last night, "If you wanna be my lover" popped into my head while I was trying to fall asleep! It wouldn't go away. It was bizarre.

Oh, and who else hated the fact that their Tamogatchi never turned into a GOOD alien? Mine always turned into the ugly crappy ones and I'd check the manual and they're like, if you take shitty care of your Tamogatchis, it will turn into this.

:-( :-( :-(

i am reluctant to admit i SOMEHOW learned the words to some of the crappiest songs in existence... i guess when it's played everywhere it just sneaks its way in. and alanis rocks. i <3ed that girl then and i <3 her now.

i didn't like beanie babies, tamagotchi or ally mcbeal. ally had lucy liu on it and SHE PLAYS THE EXACT SAME ROLE IN EVERY MOVIE. it kills me to know other more talented asian actresses are losing parts to her lame ass. plus, she looks like a komodo dragon.

i had a teacher in high school who used to say that stuff about 'ironic' being non-ironic. what a loser.

sorry for the extraneous post. had to get all that off my chest. ::))))

titanic is stupid (no offense). i went with a friend since she was DYING to go. we ended up sitting in the very front so our heads craned up to see several feet of leo. yay.

I still love Alanis Morrissette too. And it's true, Lucy Liu doesn't seem to have too much of an acting range. Haha. I can definitely see how some people would think of Titanic as stupid. But I used to be completely obsessed with everything that had to with the actual one, so there ya go.
