Internet Virus protection

Guys, you must know that I am the biggest computer dummy ever. I have gotten viruses like dozens of times but I can't afford to get one now. Not with this new computer.  My subscription to free Norton is up in 8 days ( Read more... )

Ad-Aware is pretty cool, its free and can detect bad files or whatever-- i've never gotten a *real* virus on my computer... the thing with Ad-Aware is that you hafta run it every so often. I dunno what else I use, i dled something that MIT had a license with but I don't have that license anymore lol so i have no clue what im gonna do w/my new computer. guess ill figure it out when it comes... -_-;; sorry i cant be more help. but ad-aware is quite good :)

i would say, do a google search, im SURE tons of forums are out there about this kind of stuff. :D

yeah, AVG works. that's what i'm using now. it's working great.

this reminds me my i need to install Norton's Internet Security my aunt gave me. lol.
