Chapter 19 Part 2bmshirtsNovember 5 2008, 12:40:32 UTC
Nice. Saying goodbye to their favorite campers was hard, but satisfying for the guys. Good to see Justin has adjusted so well, thanks mostly to Ennis. No on to the party! Thanks for the font color change! Carole
Thanks Lindsey, yeah it was going to be hard for them, saying goodbye especially to those kids that they grew attached to. Now they just need to concentrate on each other....just saying....;)
Well, I never expected Ryan to apologise either, hope he really meant it! Jack and his sweet peas are adorable ♥ loved that part and I really loved this nod to canon too:
“I don’t know sweetheart, I might be back, if the sharks don’t get me.”
Loved the last part with Justin too, that was beautifully written.
Lovely stuff, Christine, I love this story so much ♥
Thanks June for such a lovely comment, but then you always write such nice comments :) So glad you enjoyed it. Sorry you had to read it in 3 parts though :(
I adored the image of all the little girls who wanted to push Jack into the water and rescue him. Of course :) :) ....All the people who want to save Jack, the line starts here!
Very touching how much Justin appreciated Ennis, the affectionate and protective paternal figure who helped him get through this difficult time away from home. I can see Justin growing up into a similarly reserved, strong man of action rather than words, the kind who most keenly expresses his affection for others with a gentle but fierce protectiveness.
