Ok. I know I've seen someone else asking for these stories but I went all the way back to May 2005 and didn't see them. I don't know if I rushed through b/c I was anxious or if they really weren't there lol. Anyway I just read a story called Foolish and it was so awesome I'm looking for more!! Hi -- just to clarify, are you looking for stories with Eminem, or specifically Eminem/Justin? (Cause you say the pairing doesn't matter, but your header says Eminem/Justin.)

I know there are more stories that I've read, but these are the links I've been able to dig up for you:

Stop, Look, Listen by Genee Li is Lance/Eminem. Eminem is in fierce-father mode, and Lance is so protective towards Hailie, and the other members of NSYNC make wonderful appearances.

lance and eminem (I've also seen this referenced as "Feeding Time") by pop_tarts is the story of what happens when Lance and Eminem decide to come out together.

Dark Horse is part of Betty Plotnick's Kitten in a Box AU. It's JC/Eminem.

Complicate Me by Kat B is a long (48 chapters) story (with lots of hot sex) story. It's AJ/Eminem.

Threatened by Granitite Stone is Eminem/Surprise.

The story begins with Eminem about to commit suicide (obviously, he doesn't) and slowly unpeels what has him so upset, and then who did the upsetting. Despite the initial suicide attempt, parts of it are really funny.
