Just when you though work couldn’t possibly get any worse than it already has been…you find out your boss and your supervisor have been brainstorming a list of all your faults. well just think about this however...if this is how your boss/supervisor came up with a way to tell you what was up, and they waited this long to tell you, then they aren't very smart or successful and i bet you could make up a list of their faults much longer than the list they made for you. Guess what John, you still have a whole future, another 80 or 90 years to live. For them...this is it, getting closer and closer everyday to the end of the line. You however, have hope. You can do this.

the best thing to do in this situation would be to improve on what they said you needed to and prove to them that you're the mature, responsible, self-improving individual we all know you are.
