Help me pleasseeee
I woke up at 5:30 A.M. Went to bed at 11:39
So yeah when I woke up I ate some chips and chicken strips
I was feeling all bleh so I went on the exercise bike for an hour
I should have done more Dx Oh well
So I got dressed took a freezing cold shower :D
At 4 I decided screw it I'm hungry then I made ramen burned myself

it depends on your body how much you will loose weight. Fasting is good one thing, but dont try to fast for days and days. Instead of being happy for losing weight, youll be depressed simply because of lack of food.
Well for now just try to eat only fruits and vegs. And drink a lot a lot of water! Take a bottle of it everywhere with you and drink when you will feel hunger.
