I woke up at 5:30 A.M. Went to bed at 11:39
So yeah when I woke up I ate some chips and chicken strips
I was feeling all bleh so I went on the exercise bike for an hour
I should have done more Dx Oh well
So I got dressed took a freezing cold shower :D
At 4 I decided screw it I'm hungry then I made ramen burned myself

Well for now just try to eat only fruits and vegs. And drink a lot a lot of water! Take a bottle of it everywhere with you and drink when you will feel hunger.
