Frustration

So I usually am off work Mondays and Tuesdays, but as I had CPR training on Tuesday, I took today off work instead. My stepdad came home, looked at me, sitting there in a t-shirt and jeans and folding laundry, and asked if I'd quit my job and that's why I was home. *sigh* Just gotta get my bills in order faster... I hope I sell a lot at TFCon

Good luck at TFCon! And yeah, some parents just...do that. My mother presumes I'm incompetent at basic daily life, like feeding myself and paying bills and driving. It takes a toll. Hang in there!

Srsly? It just seems obvious to me that if you find a family member home who you don't expect, the first question is always "Are you okay?"

You'd think that, wouldn't you? Doesn't seem to be the case with my stepdad, though. My mom also gets suspicious first rather than worried. I can't wait to move.
