Depends on how long the person/people you're talking about have been here... once a bunch of years pass, backgrounds really don't matter.

I suppose newer people, once you're working here I guess it;s easier for them to keep track.

You might be surprised what gets caught and what slips by around here. But, I don't think you've got anything to worry about in that department.
