well, i sometimes get headaches too. i spent a really long time picking the right smell... not too disturbing :P
yeah, i do use bases. no worries, i don't remember you asking that question :) but anyways, if you're interested, i mainly play with bases from http://crazykira-resources.deviantart.com - really the best stuff i guess :)
