...about being a single Mum-to-be, at the moment, is sitting in antenatal classes and being surrounded by pairs. Everyone in my class was there with their SO, all of them were sitting very close, or hand-in-hand, or resting on each other...you know the drill. And then there's me, sat with my Mum

Oh, hon, I can't begin to imagine what you're going through and if I could be there to come with you, I would in a heartbeat. But you have an amazing mum who's going to be there to support you just as much as any SO, if not more so. She's like SuperMum I swear, and I know you're going to take after her in that respect (no arguments, shush. <3 )
Perhaps instead of looking at the other couples there and feeling lonely,I think it might help some if you try to you turn that on its head and see all of you as being on collective group supporting each other.

Your mum is awesome though, if I lived closer I'd offer to help. I can help from afar, with my mind! I shall beam......comfort? to you.
Ughhh....seriously though. I play wow, I'm enjoying the new expansion but I'd rather be in good company than play a game. I see the game as a way to escape from crappy stuff and as something I can do with Si. I've never understood people who can happily ignore and neglect people over a game.
