So, Greg got his stuff out -- grudgingly -- and admitted that he intended to stiff me on the last $100 that he owed me for rent. I have since decided that maybe instead of paying me, he would rather deal with National Grid and National Fuel, both of which are in his name and have gone unpaid for 3 months because someone decided not to give me $100

i thought you might catch that! lol ya i know, i've experienced his black-hole-wallet effect before. but having come out of the situation i was just in with those terrible people, trust me, i've learned how to get mine back :)
