A few doses of Benadryl or equivalent, antacids, analgesics, and probably an anti-diarrhea medication of some sort. And a little first-aid kit. I'd also take my regular meds, but you don't need those. 8-)

Really depends on where you're going and for how long, but
- No pillow. Put the clothes you're not wearing into a bag (eg the one that usually covers your sleeping bag) and use that.
+ bike multitool/puncture repair kit/inner tube/tyre levers
+ spare chain links? spare spokes?
+ campsuds/toiletries/camp towel/dish towel
+ insect repellent? sunscreen?
+ head torch instead of candle lantern
(just of the top of my head)
