Gingerbread house?

So, I am in charge of producing gingerbread house making materials, for tomorrow night, FOR MY IN-LAWS!!! Help me, Obi Wan Social Media, you're my only hope!

Who has made a tasty gingerbread house, and what recipe would you recommend!??!?

I have made gingerbread houses, carosels, lighthouses, and dice (d20s, d4s, and d6s). Most gingerbread recipes are good, but my biggest piece of advice is to double (at least) all the spices. Ginger, nutmeg, allspice, cinnamon: all doubled. You may have to use a little less flour in that case, or a bit more water to get the right rolling consistency.
