My rolling mill cost between $250-300. It's Indian or Pakistani or something. It's not super well-made- the gears don't quite mesh as thoroughly as they should- but it's done well by me for quite a few years now, even when I was torturing it rolling mokume game through it. Poor dude. :)
4:1 gear reduction ratio, and while I leave the flat rollers on pretty much all the time, it's got wire rolling and pattern rolling rollers that can be interchanged with the flat ones (not without some hassle, though). These extra rollers cost extra.
It is VERY handy to have a rolling mill, especially if one doesn't have to spend a couple thousand and dedicate a big space to it!
I think I got it through an ad in Lap Journal or similar.
