Calm down... 925 cals isn't all that bad. Maybe instead of trying to purge, use it as a "muck up" day for your body.. it might break you out of a plateau.. it's always a good idea for your metabolisms' sake to mix up your daily calories a bit. That way it never knows what to expect and won't go into famine mode where it stores EVERYTHING as fat!
