So we're actually going to do this, and try for another child. I'm excited, I really am.
Though if it works in the next couple of months it means that both my wife and my sister would be pregnant at the same time and that is way too much of those crazy hormones for one bloke to handle at once. But we'll see how it goes. I hardly expect things to happen right away, and if last time is any indication, things will work when we're not really paying any attention to it.
I've heard from Brielle, and she is comfortably settled into a flat in Lisbon. She seems to be happy, and that's what matters, yeah? I have no idea where things stand with her and Wigworthy, especially now when she's in another country, but I'm sure she figured something out before she left, because that's what she does. At least, that's what I think she does.
I'm still amused that Galen had the flat to himself while Brielle is gone. The things he could do... But I know the kid is nothing like I was at that age, so. Still, that flat holds many good memories that shall stay between Ali and myself.
I haven't heard a word out of Fiona in a couple of weeks (uh yeah, it's weird), so I'm assuming things are going alright with her. Her birthday's next Tuesday, shite. I need to get her a present. Guess I'll have to recruit Ren or Ali or both for that, since Fiona is very picky with her presents. Or maybe I'll just ask her to pick out something she really does want and then just pretend to be surprised. Save everyone some stress.
I owe a visit to Dad and Michelle (and Gemma, of course) sometime soon, so I suppose I should get on that.
I tried to get through this entire thing without mentioning anything that's going on at work, and lo and behold, I did it. Impressive.
