Is going well, but stressing me out. It is so hard working with people, that are older then you and feel they know more and don't respect your leadership or opinion, because A) they are to narrow minded to accept new ideads, and B) they can't humble thereselves to be lead by someone 20 years younger then them. I love seeing the kids worshipping,
