What better way to have adventures with guns, explosions, and sexy ladies? Lots of detective work and loose cannon behavior, one-liners and the like.

Humanized or as a sphere, I don't mind, but gunfights and maybe impromptu office sex are requested.

Any pairing/kink is welcome!

(I must apologize in advance for the lack of explosions/slight lack of sexy dames. I may make a follow-up to this to make up for this lack, though! For now, have some Factventure.)

The night of October 19th, 1925. The city of Atlas.

It was raining heavily as he walked down the street, collar turned up against the weather. Usually Octobers weren’t so wet, but it seemed that nature was taking a page from Richard Gold’s book this year.

He really wished he wasn’t so desperate, so that he could have turned down this job. He should have known it was trouble the minute that dame stepped into his office.

She was smooth, slinky, pale, like an ermine - and just as dangerous as one, he reckoned. Standing in his office like she owned the place, she was dressed real nice, with a white fur coat, a body-hugging gray dress, and a black choker decorated with yellow jewels tight around her neck. Though her hair was white as snow she had the youthful face of an angel, done up with dark makeup on her gold eyes and dark red lipstick on her thin mouth ( ... )

Rick took off his hat, his soaked trench coat, and let them both fall to the floor as he circled the desk to get closer to Craig. Begrudgingly he knelt down in front of Craig’s crossed legs, which Craig shifted so that they were splayed. As Craig slid down in his chair, Rick slid forward and busied his hands with undoing the buttons of Craig’s vest, his shirt, and his pants ( ... )

“Ghhhh, oh - “ Craig gave another gasp, this one bigger than the last and less easily stifled. “Jesus Christ…” Craig was rocking slightly in Rick’s grip, trying to get more friction, more time in that warm, wet mouth of his. As he moved, the fingers on Rick’s shoulder rubbed frantic circles on his jacket - a little bit of encouragement, as it were. Taking the circling as a good sign, Rick steeled himself and then pushed further down. Just as it began to get uncomfortable he felt something bump into his nose, and when Rick opened his eyes he found himself staring at flushing skin and a trail of pale blonde hair. Wide in a mix of disbelief, confusion, and mild horror, he looked up and was met with a sight that might have been worse - Craig staring right back down at him, meeting his wide-eyed gaze with a copy in pink, mouth hanging open, cheeks flaring red ( ... )

“As for more information on your quarry, Richard,” Craig continued, “Mr. Wheatley used to work for Promethean. Most rumors are saying that he and Chell have planned something big for the company owned by Miss Gladys’ father - probably something akin to a coup d’état, if you will. I believe that the lady is the brains of the operation, however… the rumors haven’t been making Wheatley out to be the sharpest tool in the shed.”

“And you’re sure they’re in the City Center?” Rick asked, pen and paper out. He was jotting down everything Craig was saying to make note of it for later.

“Completely positive, Richard.”

“Rick. I guess I’ll be taking my leave, then.”

“I guess you will.”

They hesitated, for a moment. Then, Craig blurted: “Hold on - I. I think I have something that may help.” He beckoned for Rick to cross behind his desk, and then started to look through the drawers as Rick came over. I was hoping to make the prompt as generic as possible because I love detective noir and such, but then you threw me Factventure and I want to have your babies. Get. In. My. Bed. Anon. I love you. <3

I totally thought this wasn't going to work out when I first read this prompt, and then it's all like FACTVENTURE EVERYWHERE, so yes, I am over the moon right now. And you seriously need to turn this into a full-length fic.

I secretly always loved this prompt and I even came up with a big-ass plot to go with it, since I love gangsters and detectives so much I think it may qualify as a kink. I'm so, so tempted to continue the story and write more... I may do it when I fill more of the small prompts that have caught my eye.

Yep - Craig knows very well how dangerous Aperture can be, especially with Gladys around.
