She missed being able to speak, she missed singing until her throat was sore and her mother was turning up the radio to possibly tune her out - she missed that the most, she decided. It would all be in good fun, her singing out of key with the radio and Chell would sing louder and louder…

She pat her chest with the palm of her hand and then held up two fingers.

“Uuh…?”

To get her point across, she looked at him, firmly patting her chest and then she jumped to the side, patting her chest again and then waving at the space where she had been. When silence met her she took a step back where she had originally been and waved at the empty space.

Hello! She mouthed, then again hopped to her opposing position.

How are you?

“Oh, do go on. This is quite fun to watch.” Sighing, she looked up at him, making a small hand gesture up at him and then there was a small snicker. “No, no, I got it now. Ol’ Wheatley is a sharp one.”

She imagined that man - she imagined him winking. Ol’ Wheatley is a sharp one. Wink
