Yay!! More than happy to reciprocate some effort for the work you've done, and I'm elated to give you encouragement. Of course I would have drawn these anyway regardless of any intention to show them off--it's a compulsion after a fun read. c:

Tried to keep his personality of amped-up expressiveness in human form. As for 2, yes I was going for that! A lot of his expressions come from movement but I tried to indicate him sinking away from the body while still showing interest.

I'll continue to keep checking this thread for updates/drawing inspiration!

Sorry for taking so long! I've been very busy and not in places where writing porn based off robots and mutes is socially acceptable. Writing now. I have it all in my head, just have to get it out..! Hopefully a new installment tonight.

asjflaksjdfalkj Been waiting for this fill ~*~4EVA~*~ and yep, this was well worth it.

I am so pleased with the character voices and the realistic justification for human!Wheatley.

Can't wait to see where it goes.

“Y, y-youaarrgghh,” he paused, frustrated. “Y-youaargh… awwll… rooiight.” He pronounced each word slowly, carefully.

Her fist connected with his right jaw and he went down a second time, howling in pain.

“P-p-lease-please-s-s-stop-stophurtingmepleasewhatdidIeverdo-” he wailed, grasping at the source of his discomfort but finding no relief.

She raised an eyebrow at him.

“-other than. Try to. K-kill you,” he finished lamely. “Yeah, I de-de-dese… I-I should be punched. ‘N a lot more. For all that ( ... )

When his breathing had slowed to a normal pace and his face had dried, she stood, helping him up. She scooped the portal gun off the floor, turning to look up into Wheatley’s eyes. It struck him for the first time that she really was quite smaller than him-the top of her head only barely reached his chest. He watched her back away a bit, then make an odd gesture. She raised her hand with two fingers extended, pointing them first to him, then to her own eyes, her lips set in a grim line.

“I-I have no idea what you’re on about.”

She rolled her eyes. That one he knew-exasperation. Then, she balled her hand into a fist and held it very close to his face. He flinched.

“A-ah, y-you’re going to hurt me if I do anything bad again? That it?” he asked helpfully.

She nodded.

“F-fair enough.”

They began to walk.

You updated!! And you still got it!! Funny and believable, sweet without being saccharine, and purposefully paced. So effing glad to read more of this; overjoyed at the prospect of reading more. And no need to apologize for putting off smut with story. You fill this world out so nicely, and I really appreciate that you don't rush plot points along--like I'm glad at the fact that Chell is sensibly still guarded with Wheatley. All shipping aside, it just isn't smart to take a friend-turned-murderer back into your good graces as soon as possible, regardless of the circumstances.

Am curious as to why GlaDOS brought Chell back. Still intrigued by what GlaDOS has in store for Wheatley's punishment. And dear god, what was he eating??
