Today was my first day doing the
Hundred Pushup Challenge". It's a six-week training program with the goal of ramping up from almost nothing (in my case, 10 consecutive pushups) to 100 consecutive pushups. The first day (7/7/5/4/5+ with 60 second rests) was fairly easy, though I really felt the residual soreness from sunday's jiu-jitsu class.
