Tell that person you love them. You know who we're talking about. Wait! No, not him! Stop you fool!
Hide from those who mean to tickle you.
Stop being late all the time.
Stop smoking. Or start. Whichever you're not doing.
[Armstrong blinks at the strange message that appeared in his journal.\
Interesting. What does this mean?

Seeing the smaller woman approaching, and fearing being tickled, Armstrong tries to move off the path without being conspicuous. This, obviously, fails miserably.
The only thing even close to being big enough to hide him are the trees, and there branches are low enough, that he would hit his head.
So he crouches behind a tree, but is still very visible.
He briefly ponders why he is hiding, but the URGE was too strong.]

Um...is something wrong?

Armstrong is silent for a long moment, before finally speaking.]
No, nothing is wrong.
[He looks around the tree at the smaller woman.]
Just... observing nature.
[Can you think of a less believable lie Armstrong?]

He still has his lighter, which he flicks alight repeatedly as he wanders into the stores and throughout town in search of a pack. He's hoping for his beloved Gitanes, but anything will do.]

In his search, Armstrong has actually found half a pack of cigarettes, but lacks the means to light them. He's no Roy Mustang after all. This leaves him feeling uncharacteristically irritable.
However the beautiful sound of a lighter finally reaches his ears where he had been sitting. Alex's head snaps up, and he zero's in on a familiar red-jacket figure. Salvation!]
Lupin!

Hey, Alex! [He waves, and trots over.]

Good day to you.
[He can't help but stare at the lighter. The cravings were getting worse. Alex grabs the half-pack of cigarettes he had scavenged and takes one out before offering one to Lupin.]
Can you spare a light?

A feeling of affection wells up inside Armstrong for this young man, who he has never met.
That is definitely not normal. Before he can stop himself Armstrong finds himself speaking.]
Good Day! Might I say I love yo-[CHANGE DIRECTION ALEX. NOW.]-ur interesting getup! And those flowers!
[Nice save!]

It's good to hear that you are fond of my flowers, good sir. I must say that anyone of these [And, out from one of his pockets comes a small bouquet.] would be a marvelous addition to your own outfit! And if you purchase these, I will even throw [Takes out some roses.] these into the deal! [Okay, so he sounds more like a car salesman than a florist, but at the moment he doesn't really care about that little detail.]
[Instead, he takes a moment after his offer to shift uncomfortably on his feet and squirming around trying to get into a more comfortable position.] What in the world is making me so uncomfortable? [Hint: It's that ray of light shining up his butt.]

And the mention of purchasing is a little weird considering...]
But there is no money here. I do not see how I can purchase anything.
[Armstrong raises a non-existent eyebrow.]
Perhaps something fell into your clothes? They are hanging rather loose.
((ooc; Just so you know, I Hate dislike greatly you and your Tamaki for giving me a Kyouya Muse. Who now has an account. *half-hearted glare*))

Good day Armstrong! How you doing?

Again, that weird feeling of affection wells up, but Armstrong knows Miss Peach, so apparently it's not limited to people he doesn't know.
Still it is might peculiar. Armstrong opens his mouth to greet her, but finds himself continuing on anyways.]
Good day Miss Peach! I am fine. I love y-[Stop. Right. There. Far too early in the friendship to even think about saying that. CHANGE GEARS.]-our outfit Miss Peach. It suits you quite well.

I hope you are adapting to this place well. [She knows that things can be a little bit disorienting at first, so she wants to make sure he's doing fine.]

[Not that Armstrong has done the smart thing and indulged in a warmer wardrobe, BUT HE IS FINE. Those muscles are very insulating.]
I think I am doing well. I have met different people and most are quite friendly! Though this thing, with the writing appearing in my journal is quite... disorienting.
[Until the event, Armstrong was settling in just fine. Of course he'll get used to events, and this isn't that bad for a first one. Just...confusing.]
