Property tax reform in Florida

Those and about a hundred other similar posts are all over Florida firefighter discussion forums. Basically, this is what's happening. Northerners that own winter homes in Florida are complaining that they have to pay disproportionate property taxes because they are not full time residents. Therefore, less people are buying up
