Personality: Pamela is a fun-loving and free-spirited ghost who gets bored easily, and whose idea of hobbies usually involve scaring Rorona. Initially found sleeping in a teddy bear, she has no real idea as to how she came to be there, or how she died, and doesn't seem to be bothered much by it at all. If anything, it could be said Pamela is fairly alright with being a ghost, despite being, well... dead and all. She does, however, seem to be offended at the idea that ghosts eat people, though she's fairly quick to recover from things like that.
Pamela is also somewhat of a cheery ditz, who tends to act in a childish manner, without much regard to how others might react. It could be said that she acts younger than Rorona, as well, despite appearing seventeen. She complains when she has nothing to do, doesn't seem to pay attention to why possessing others might be a bad idea, and seems perfectly alright with threatening to go back to scaring a certain someone if they don't find something for her to do. She's also an oddity, being incapable, supposedly, of eating or drinking, but being capable of changing her clothing. Of course, what seems to be odd to others tends to come off as perfectly natural to Pamela, who remains oblivious to how others react to her, aside from being offended at Rorona screaming in her face, when they first met.
Among her more unusual interests, Pamela also has a fondness for the cute and eccentric. She even eventually ends up running a store in Artisan's Way that sells rare items, that, aside from Astrid ordering items for her to sell, Pamela mostly redecorated, herself. Pamela also enjoys attention in general, especially the kind she receives from being a ghost, and being a ghost shopkeeper, and overall finds this and running her shop to be entertainment enough.
Powers & Abilities: Ghostly powers! Pamela is capable of floating in mid-air, passing through walls and floors, possessing objects and people, and disappearing. Although it's stated she can possess people, though, she's the most comfortable with the teddy bear she was found sleeping in.
What items will they be bringing with them? Her clothes, the teddy bear she possesses, and... not much else.
Third-Person Sample: She had made Rorona agree to finding something for her to do, but so far, it wasn't very successful. Hanging around the workshop was okay enough, and it was fun to watch Rorona get flustered at having a ghost live with her, but Pamela was still bored. Of course, Pamela's idea of entertainment differed from the average person's, with the average person's hobbies generally not including 'scaring people'. Arguably, though, 'scaring Rorona' seemed to be a common interest shared by not just Pamela. 'Picking on Rorona' also seemed to be popular.
It took a few months, but eventually, Astrid had come up with a solution for Pamela's boredom. Purchasing the abandoned building in Artisan's Way, a shop was set up for Pamela to run, as a means of finding something for the ghost to do. Pamela had been delighted, despite the building's slightly run-down interior, getting to work on envisioning how she wanted the shop to look. Her teddy bear went on the counter, for sure, and with some new curtains, and maybe a table in one corner, it would look almost perfect. Astrid had even ordered items for Pamela to sell, rare items, mostly, though Pamela acquired new alchemy recipes for Rorona later on, as well.
At first, though, business was, well, non-existent. Then, thanks to some kid Rorona knew, Pamela found that her shop was popular, and people flocked to her store to see the ghost shop-keeper. She got somewhat flustered with the sudden attention from a group of admirers from Tiffani's shop, but even that she handled pretty well... if one counted hiding in her teddy bear and leaving Rorona to deal with it 'pretty well'. Hearing the bell at the top of the door ring as a customer entered the store, Pamela smiled brightly, ready to do business.
"Helloooo~!"
First-Person Sample: [The video feed clicks on to see a young girl... floating.
Yes, floating. Come on, Discedo, surely you've seen weirder things in your lifetime.]
Oh my, oh my... this place looks so boring; it's dreadful, really! Hmm... if you put a new coat of paint on the buildings, and maybe planted some flowers... Yes! I'm sure it'd all look really nice~
Oh dear, but the monsters look just a little bit scary. I should probably find somewhere safe to go!
[And it's with that that Pamela attempts to phase through the walls to the nearest apartment complex... only to find that, well, it fails. And that she hit her head.]
Huh? It didn't work? Ouch... my head hurts, too! How mean and utterly rude, treating a lady like this~!

WHAT THEY LOST: the memory of opening up her shop in year 2
ABOUT THE CHARACTER:
Pamela is a fun-loving and free-spirited ghost, who can't remember a thing about how she died or how she even came to be found sleeping in a teddy bear. She's cheerful and ditzy, and enjoys scaring Rorona, as well, which Rorona... very obviously objects to. The ghost girl also gets... somewhat offended at the suggestion she eats people, though. Pamela also tends to get bored easily, as well as be glaringly oblivious to things, such as why trying to possess Hom is a bad idea, for example.
Pamela is also... a strange sort of ghost. She claims to be unable to eat or drink, but still sleeps. She's a ghost, but still capable of wearing a swimsuit when Astrid takes the girls to Nabel Lake. Astrid helps her open up a shop in the empty building in Artisan's Way later on, and Pamela stats to sell rare items, though initially has no customers, and complains to Rorona about it, pondering going back to scaring the younger girl. When her shop does become popular, she becomes flustered at the sudden male attention from her new admirers, and disappears into her teddy bear, leaving Rorona to deal with the angry customers.
The ghost girl has a fondness for the cute and eccentric, and her
shop theme, a bagpipe version of the regular shop theme, reflects this. The fact that she sells rare items also fits her, though arguably this is due to the fact that Astrid was the one ordering items for her to sell.
Rorona first meets Pamela at the start of Year 2, after the Catacombs first open up. Astrid makes an offhand remark about ghosts being in the Catacombs, knowing Rorona is scared of ghosts, but dares her to go there anyway. After some exploring, Rorona finds a teddy bear, looking fairly out of place in a place full of ghost-type monsters and whatnot, and decides to take it back to the workshop with her, pausing only briefly when she thinks she hears someone yawning. Upon return to the workshop, Rorona decides she's too tired to think about what to do with the teddy bear, and sets it on a counter, heading to bed for the night.
The next morning, Rorona finds that the teddy bear is glowing, and a ghost, Pamela, appears from it, sleepy and confused as to where she is. Rorona freaks out at the sight of a ghost, and screams, to which Pamela remarks "How rude! It's not nice to scream in someone's face." While Rorona is still panicking, Astrid, awakened by the noise, wanders into the room, and finds this all very amusing, telling Rorona to apologize to Pamela for screaming, to which Rorona protests that Astrid had told her ghosts eat people.
Pamela, naturally, is mildly offended at this statement, to which Astrid apologizes, and offers for Pamela to sit and have a cup of tea, to which Pamela politely declines, stating that as a ghost, she can't sit or drink tea. Astrid eventually brings up the suggestion of having Pamela stay with them for awhile, in the workshop, something Rorona again protests, but Astrid wins, in the end.
Two months after finding Pamela, Astrid, after noticing Pamela complaining to Rorona about things being boring, purchases the empty building in Artisan's Way, so that Pamela can set up a store. Rorona isn't too certain about the idea of a ghost running a shop, but Astrid remarks that there aren't any laws against ghosts owning a business, and that Pamela seems to be pretty excited about the idea. Astrid even goes as far as to mention that she's already ordered items for Pamela to sell.
So Pamela gets a shop to run, where she sells rare items and useful recipes, but at first, there's no customers, something she laments about to Rorona. Rorona, not wanting Pamela to start taking up the hobby of haunting her again, asks Cole, a kid merchant who drops by the workshop on the 15th of each month, for help. Cole ends up surmising that, since Pamela spends a lot of time hiding in her bear, along with the fact that people don't know that the store is run by a ghost, that that would be the reason Pamela gets no business; people don't think there's anyone there.
Thanks to word of mouth and Rorona telling people about the store, business picks up, though not without some minor mishaps, such as the admirers from Tiffani's shop coming over to admire Pamela, which causes her to become flustered, disappearing into her teddy bear once more, leaving Rorona to deal with them. All in all, though, Pamela's shop ends up being successful, and the ghost ends up with something fun to do with her time... that doesn't involve scaring Rorona.

"Helloooo~!"
FIRST-PERSON WRITING SAMPLE: Hmm... this place looks so lively! The ghosts here are a little weird, though~ They didn't talk to me at all when I tried talking to them, and they look weird, too! That's not how ghosts should be, in my opinion.
... Oh! Has anyone seen where my room is~? I think I'm a little lost.
