I would agree. My last administrator felt that I wasn't good enough and terminated my contract, though, so apparently opinions differ.

Just means they weren't on the same page as you. I'm betting they didn't value the students like you did. I think they get so removed from the actual classroom, they forget who it's really supposed to be about; the kids. But your students, family, and friends ... we all know you got serious game in the classroom.

Thanks. I've moved on, at this point, and am working on making my way a different path.
